Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team. Do not ship without prior approval.
Ship It Back
Package securely and send it. Return shipping is at your cost — unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once received and inspected, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order separately.
